I grew up collecting baseball cards, which got me thinking…what if actors had trading cards? IMDb and Wikipedia are great sites, but sometimes you want just the ‘highlights’, right?

“The really humbling moment is when you get home from the Golden Globes and sit on your bed, which is the same crappy IKEA bed you’ve had since you were 18, and you put on an old episode of “Family Guy,” and you have a frozen meal . . . and you’re trying not to get macaroni and cheese on your thousand-dollar gown.” – Anna Kendrick
Biff Bam Pop! presents The GAR! Podcast, the Glenn Walker and Ray Cornwall weekly podcast where they talk unrehearsed about whatever happens to come to mind. It’s an audio-zine for your mind, a nerd exploration of a nerd world. This week, we return with our first new episode of 2015 and we’re talking about just about everything, but mostly comics. There was a lot to catch up on after two weeks of literal silence. See and hear more after the jump.
“Yeah, he’s so hot. Uh, I mean, genetically speaking. Because I’m a geneticist, of course. Oh, my God, do I sound like Felicity?” – Caitlin Snow, The Flash
The Fall TV season is well under way with most series having aired several episodes by now. “Gotham” has been enjoying fantastic ratings, although I’d still rank it behind my favs: “Grimm” and “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (how is this show still struggling in the ratings department; it’s gotten SO GOOD!).
In reverse order, here are my top five “Scene Stealing” performances of the Fall TV Season (so far).

It’s no secret that Warner Bros. has been making big bets with a slate of new television shows based on superhero properties owned by DC Comics. Through the success of Smallville, and the more recent Arrow, we’ll soon have The Flash.
And hours after being picked up by FOX for a full season, the first trailer for one of the most eagerly anticipated 2014 fall television offerings just dropped.

Remember last Tuesday evening when you poured yourself that 7:59 PM cup of coffee and eagerly sat yourself down on the couch to watch the Joss Whedon created, produced, and directed pilot episode of the new Marvel Television series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D series on the ABC Network?
Sure you do. We all do. Everyone’s been waiting to see the continuing adventures of post-Avengers Agent Coulson, alive and in the flesh since, well, since he died in that very flick last year.
But just as you were sitting down, wide-eyed in front of the television screen, excitedly hoping on a brand new Tuesday night ritual, plans and machinations were afoot from rivals Warner Bros. TV and the Fox.
Follow me after the jump, Detective, and we’ll piece together the excitement surrounding one particular word: Gotham.
