Fly High With “Hawkman Found” On The Wednesday Run

It’s the last Wednesday of 2017.

Sniff. Sniff.

Thanks for reading along with The Wednesday Run through the last three hundred and sixty-five days – well, fifty-two installments of it, anyway. Hopefully, there have been one or two comic books that we’ve featured here this year that you’ve dug as much as we have.

Good news!

2018 is just a week away, and, looking through all of the upcoming releases for the year, it looks like there’s plenty of comic books to highlight in this column and keep our fingers excitedly turning page after page!

But before we get into that, we’ve got one ore highlight to focus in on this year….and it’s like shining a light under a rock, because this particular character hasn’t been seen in a long, long time.

Good news, everybody! Hawkman’s been found in, well, Hawkman Found #1!

The Flash S03 E13: ‘Attack on Gorilla City’

We’ve heard the rumors and prayed they were true, but it finally here – the return of Super Gorilla Grodd on The Flash, and this time we get to see Gorilla City. Team Flash goes on the hunt for their friend, the Earth-Two Harrison (Harry) Wells, who’s been captured by Grodd, and it just gets worse from there. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow S01 E01/02: Pilot

A superhero mash-up is how its creators are describing it. “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” has been building throughout the last seasons of both “Arrow” and “The Flash,” and is finally here. Time Master Rip Hunter brings together heroes and villains from the far corners of the DC TV Universe – Hawkman and Hawkgirl, Firestorm, White Canary, Captain Cold and Heat Wave, and the Atom – to fight the forces of the evil immortal Vandal Savage throughout time.
