With an episode called “Won’t Get Fooled Again,” I can’t help but wonder how many times Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy animated series has actually fooled us. Seriously this show has had more false endings than Lord of the Rings. I’m not taking bets that this is the last episode, but still, meet me after the jump, for my thoughts on “Won’t Get Fooled Again.”
The exciting LEGO game where you can have worlds and universes collide and play with your favorite DC Comics heroes as well as The Simpsons, Ghostbusters, Doctor Who, and Lord of the Rings is back with new sets to expand the adventure. If there was one comics story I would never have thought would be brought to the screen, small or silver, or even adapted, it would be “Flash of Two Worlds,” one of the most pivotal tales in the history of the DC Comics Universe. I had been asked in the 102nd episode of The GAR! Podcast what I wanted to see in “The Flash” this season, and never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined this. I am in nerd heaven. Meet me after the double super-speed jump for my thoughts on “Flash of Two Worlds!”

“Ninety percent of everything is crud.” – Theodore Sturgeon
Hello, and welcome to another installment of “The Ten Percent,” a regular column where every other week Ensley F. Guffey and I look at the corollary of Sturgeon’s Law: the ten percent of everything is not crud. We often look at television and film here in “The Ten Percent” and we’ll continue to do so, but today we’re going to pay tribute to a person who, for reasons that will be explained, is part of the Ten Percent by virtue of breadth, depth, and length of his career – and probably for massively exceeding other dimensions of awesomeness as well.
The Avengers are back together again, the threats of Ultron and Thanos have been vanquished, for the moment, so what better time to add a new member? The first new member we’ve seen so far since the Falcon in “Marvel’s Avengers Assemble” is Ant-Man, and Hawkeye’s not so happy about it. Meet me after the jump, for my thoughts on “The New Guy.”
Sunday, April 12th will be a busy day in the KnippKnopp household, as birthday celebrations will be capped by the much-anticipated opening of season five of the GREATEST SHOW EVER!
We’re going to be hard pressed to top last season. Can’t remember last season? Let’s take a quick walk through all that occurred, right after the break.
