One of the biggest surprises for me at the end of the second season of “Marvel’s Avengers Assemble” was the inclusion of one of the dangerous new villain groups in recent comics memory, the Black Order, from Infinity, and now they come to “Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.” Meet me after the hyperspatial jump my thoughts as our heroes infiltrate the Black Order in “Undercover Angle.”
In this animated episode of “Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy,” our heroes face the Grandmaster, who was last seen in the “Contest of Champions” episodes of “Ultimate Spider-Man” playing a game with another Guardians foe, the Collector. He likes games, is obsessed with them, and is gunning for the Guardians to be playing pieces in his latest. Meet me after the hyperspace jump for my thoughts on “Take the Milano and Run!”
When we last left our heroes, the Guardians of the Galaxy had come into possession of a puzzle box, called the Cosmic Seed, with clues to Star-Lord’s true heritage. While investigating its meaning on Knowhere, the dead Celestial’s head began to return to life, shaking things up quite a bit. Meet me after the quantum jump for my thoughts on “Knowhere to Run.”
