It’s one more slow weekend at the box office, as we wait for the big one to hit theaters next weekend (hopefully sans yet another Death Star). So, in the interest of time, here’s a quick box office prediction entry.
Look for Coco to continue to score with audiences in its third weekend in theaters. It will stay on top with $20 million.
Justice League will be in second place with $10 million. Wonder will be right behind it in third place with $9.5 million. Thor: Ragnarok will be in fourth place with $6 million, while Daddy’s Home 2 will round out the top five with $5.5 million.
The Disaster Artist is opening this weekend as well, but it won’t make it into the top five.
So, to recap, here are our predictions:
1) Coco – $20 million
2) Justice League – $10 million
3) Wonder – $9.5 million
4) Thor: Ragnarok – $6 million
5) Daddy’s Home 2 – $5.5 million
