It was another incredible weekend at the box office for the biggest movie in the world right now. Here’s what went down:
Black Panther remained on top of the box office for the second week in a row, bringing in an incredible $108 million and raising its total to a mindboggling $400 million in just two weekends. The film now has the second best second weekend in box office history, only behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens $149 million. The new question is, how long until Black Panther hits $500 million…and is $600 million possible?
As for the rest of the top five, it was slow going for two debuts. Game Night arrived in second place with $16.6 million. It was followed by Peter Rabbit in third place with $12.5 million, while Annihilation debut in fourth with $11 million. Fifty Shades Freed closed things out in fifth place with $6.9 million.
So, to recap, here were our predictions:

3) Annihilation – $12 million
4) Peter Rabbit – $10 million
5) Fifty Shades Freed – $6 million
