Monday December 17th
How I Met Your Mother (8pm): Part 1 of 2. Robin takes steps to have Patrice fired from WWN, while Marshall puts a jinx on Barney. Later, Ted invites his architecture professor to the dedication of the GNB building; and Marshall and Lily bump into an oddball acquaintance from college.
How I Met Your Mother (8:30pm): Conclusion. Christmas approaches and Ted wrestles with whether to tell Robin about Barney’s intentions involving Patrice, while Marshall and Lily get an early Yule gift, a night away from Marvin, but a case of separation anxiety strikes and threatens to ruin the evening.


Gossip Girl (9pm): SERIES FINALE! The gang join forces at a party and the identity of Gossip Girl is revealed in the series finale. Included: memorable scenes from past seasons, plus interviews with the cast and producers.

1600 Penn (9:30pm): SNEAK PEEK! A sneak peek at the comedy series following fictional U.S. president Dale Gilchrist and his family. First up: Dale’s son, Skip, is caught in a public mishap and escorted back to the White House, where he’s kept under close surveillance. Meanwhile, Dale discusses a trade agreement with visiting South American leaders; and Emily tries to make peace with Becca. (Full season begins Jan 10)

Hawaii Five-0 (10pm): McGarrett and Catherine try to help a boy whose father disappeared and may have gotten into some deadly trouble in the backwoods of Oahu.

Tuesday December 18th
NCIS (8pm): Tony can’t decide if he will be naughty or nice when his father visits him at Christmas.


Happy Endings (9pm): The gang discovers that Jane has been lying about her birthday, and that she was actually born on Christmas but never liked her natal day being trumped by the holiday. With that in mind, they throw her a celebration that is Christmas-free and all about Jane.
Don’t Trust The B In Apt 23 (9:30pm): Chloe drags June and James on a weekend getaway to the Hamptons, where she plans to crash an exclusive party.
Vegas (10pm): Sheriff Lamb assigns Dixon an undercover job at the Savoy when Savino suffers a series of robberies, while Ralph and Jack look at the mob when they investigate the murder of the biggest contractor in Las Vegas.
Private Practice (10pm): Charlotte attempts to run the hospital while on bed rest, which puts stress on her colleagues. Meanwhile, Mason reacts to Charlotte’s confinement by misbehaving in school.

Wednesday December 19th
A Home For The Holidays with Rascal Flatts (8pm): Rascal Flatts host the 14th annual event to raise awareness of adoption. Featured: musical performances by Rascal Flatts, Rachel Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Matchbox Twenty and Phillip Phillips.
Chicago Fire (10pm): Several of the firefighters are accused of stealing an expensive diamond necklace after responding to a kitchen blaze in an upscale townhouse. Meanwhile, Cruz tries to save his brother from involvement in an escalating gang war; Dawson invites Casey to a Christmas party; and Shay grows frustrated with Severide

Thursday December 20th
A White House Christmas: First Families Remember (8pm): First Lady Michelle Obama and former first ladies Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Bush and Rosalynn Carter share their holiday-theme White House memories. Also: a behind-the-scenes look at the White House staff. Meredith Vieira hosts.
CMA Country Christmas (9pm): Three-time host Jennifer Nettles emcees this special featuring traditional songs and memories of holiday experiences from country-music stars, including Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, the Band Perry and Keith Urban. Also appearing are Colbie Caillat, Katherine Jenkins and John Legend.

Friday December 21st
Fringe (9pm): The team call on Nina Sharp to help devise a plan to defeat the Observers, but time is running out in their quest to save the world.
