Seems like old home week here on The Flash, as we’re introduced to not only the Elongated Man from the comics, but also Machete himself, Danny Trejo, as Breacher, Gypsy’s father. This should certainly be an interesting episode, especially after last week‘s seeming descent into jump-the-shark territory. Meet me after the stretch and the super speed jump for my thoughts on “Elongated Journey Into Night!”
So many shows before this have done it, the obligatory musical episode, and with the stars of The Flash and Supergirl both former cast members of Glee, and their supporting players in their respective shows also musically inclined, it was only a matter of time before this happened. With a villain pulled from the DC animated universe, the Music Meister, it just gets better. Meet me after the musical interlude for my thoughts on “Duet.”
In the first half of this special Flash: Gorilla City two-parter, the showrunners gave us a taste of what Super Gorilla Grodd was like in the Silver Age of comics, but this time we see just how dangerous Grodd can be these days. We’ve seen Gorilla City, meet me after the extradimensional jump for my thoughts about “Attack on Central City.” Can The Flash survive?
This is it, this is the episode of “The Flash” we have been waiting for since Jay Garrick first showed up, or maybe since we first saw his helmet last season – Barry and Team Flash are going to Earth-Two! Meet me after the super speed and extradimensional jump for my thoughts on “Welcome to Earth-2!”
What did the Flash get for Christmas? Not one, not two, but three Rogues on the loose out to take over Central City. It’s Captain Cold, the Trickster, and the Weather Wizard vs. the Flash, and if that’s not enough, we also meet Wally West for the first time. Meet me after the super speed jump for my thoughts on “Running to Stand Still.”
Even superheroes and their support staff get lonely. Barry Allen AKA The Flash and Kaitlin Snow, both recently not doing well when it comes to their love lives, go for a night on the town to forget their problems. Unfortunately things don’t go as well as they could or should. The problems are just starting, with the debuts of Peek-a-boo and Linda Park, the continuing threat of the Pied Piper, the mystery of Firestorm, a surprise first look at one of the Flash’s most dangerous enemies, and more. Meet me after the super speed jump, for my thoughts on “Crazy for You.”
Sometimes something drops into your lap, be it by legitimate means or otherwise, and you just have to run with it, run like The Flash. That’s right, we here at Biff Bam Pop! Have seen the pilot episode of CW’s “The Flash,” as have many folks, with it being leaked online recently, and shown at the San Diego Comic-Con this weekend.
Meet me after the super speed jump for my spoiler-filled thoughts. And yes, that’s your only warning, from here on in, there be spoilers…
