While the opening weekend numbers for the latest Jurassic World film may have fallen from the first film’s 2015 debut, there was still a boatload of money to be made this weekend.
This is the sort of weekend at the box office that are always fun to watch. Two mammoth franchises are going to battle it out for the top spot, and even though one is more likely to hit the top spot, the other’s success could cut into its numbers. Pixar’s favourite superhero family returns to the big screen 14 years after the original film was released and I’m happy to report that Incredibles 2 was worth the wait.
