Neve Campbell returns to the horror franchise that made her a household name in Scream 7, the next installment in the hit slasher series. This time, Sidney Prescott (Campbell) has to protect her daughter from the latest iteration of the vengeful Ghostface. Some of your favorite Scream buddies are back, too, including Courteney Cox, David Arquette, and Matthew Lillard as Stu Macher. Wait, isn’t Stu dead?
