As the world goes dark and we take a break from box office predictions, some are still heading onward and out to the movies. It won’t be long until the theatres have to make the decision as to whether to shut down for good as the world is encouraged to take on social distancing. In the meantime, here’s what people went out to see.
Onward, the new Pixar film held onto the top spot at the box office with an estimated $10.5 million. The film dropped 73% from its opening, the biggest drop week to week for a Pixar film, but that’s got to be expected given the circumstances.
There was a race for second place, with I Still Believe grabbing the spot with $9.5 million. Vin Diesel’s Bloodshot was right behind it in third place with $9.4 milli0n.
As for the rest of the top five, The Invisible Man was in fourth place with $6 million, while The Hunt closed things out in fifth place with $5.3 million.
So, to recap, here is how the weekend is estimated to turn out:

2) I Still Believe – $9.5 million
3) Bloodshot – $9.4 million
4) The Invisible Man – $6 million
