ride along posterNot a good weekend for new releases, as audiences continued to ride along with Ride Along. Here’s what went down:

Ride Along managed to hold the top spot at the box office for the third week in a row, grossing $12 million. It’s an unexpected and impressive display of appeal for the comedy. Next weekend should see its reign end, as The Lego Movie heads into theatres.

Coming in second was Frozen with $9.3 million, while new release That Awkward Moment could only muster up $9 million to come in third. So, to recap, here were our predictions:

1) That Awkward Moment – $14.5 million
