After three weeks at the top of the heap, Gravity finally fell to Earth, thanks to Johnny Knoxville. Here’s what went down:
Jackass: Bad Grandpa managed to make a splash at the box office this weekend, taking in a super strong $33 million to debut at number one. Lots of hype around the film and some actually decent reviews no doubt helped this one find an audience. While it’s not likely to hold up over the coming weeks, it can at least claim bragging rights this weekend.

Debuting in fourth place with just $7.4 million is The Counsellor from director Ridley Scott. Reviews have not been kind to this one, so look for it on DVD shelves and VOD soon enough.
