The GAR! Podcast: Camden Comic Con 2015, part 1

Biff Bam Pop! presents The GAR! Podcast, the Glenn Walker and Ray Cornwall weekly podcast where they talk unrehearsed about whatever happens to come to mind. It’s an audio-zine for your mind, a nerd exploration of a nerd world. Earlier this week Sarah Hawkins-Miduski of Biff Bam Pop! told you about the Camden Comic Con, now here’s your chance to hear it for yourself. This week’s episode, recorded live at the Con, can be found right here, featuring a spotlight interview with Biff Bam Pop’s own Marie Gilbert, more details after the jump.

In Episode 93, the first of four recorded live at the Camden Comic Con, features a very special interview with Biff Bam Pop! senior writer Marie Gilbert. She discusses her novel “Roof Oasis” and its sequel “Saving Solanda,” the craft of writing, and Lady Gaga, as well as her reviews for the BBP website for “The Walking Dead,” Marie reviews “12 Monkeys,” “Twin Peaks,” and “American Horror Story.”

Glenn and Ray, along with special guest Allison Eckel of The All Things Fun! New Comics Vidcast, also discuss Batgirl-ing, Teen Titans Go, Young Justice, Starfire, why we read comics, the TV Supergirl costume, and super-heroine footwear. All this and more, including an interview with Biff Bam Pop! writer Sarah Hawkins-Miduski, discussion of Studio Ghibli films, the South Jersey Writersgar3‘ Group, and live fan feedback, all right here.

Check it all out here, also available on iTunes and Stitcher. We’re also on Facebook and Pinterest.
