“Legends of Tomorrow” stars heroes and villains from “The Flash” and “Arrow” – Brandon Routh as The Atom, Caity Lotz as the resurrected and renamed late Black Canary, Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell as Captain Cold and Heat Wave, and Arthur Darvill – no stranger to time travel himself as a former companion on “Doctor Who” – in this exciting new spin-off.
