Personal Quote:

“[Regarding Jurassic Park (1993), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) and Independence Day (1996)]: The success of these three movies has certainly made my life less stressful and I’m having great fun slaying aliens and dinosaurs.”

Did You Know?

Has appeared in 5 films that were nominated for the Best Picture Oscar: Nashville (1975), Annie Hall (1977), The Big Chill (1983), The Right Stuff (1983), and The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014).

SUMMARY:

This guy is everywhere! At least, that’s what it seems like at times when the topic of Jeff Goldblum comes up.  Not only does the charismatic Goldblum have 123 acting credits to date, but he has also ‘popped up’ in numerous commercials, most famously for Apple / Mac in the 90’s and now as the spokesperson for apartments.com.  Goldblum’s unique on-screen personas may not be the ideal fit for a lot of leading roles, but he’s certainly not complaining as he’s been in some of the biggest sci-fi blockbusters of all time.

Look for Goldblum to add another ‘Blockbuster Box Office’ credit to his career in the upcoming Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.  While the first trailer for the film initially looked a little ‘bleh’, the previews that have followed have looked far more exciting and now have the ‘Dino’ franchise poised to capitalize on the summer movie frenzy!
