After a couple of the most entertaining and amusing trailers we’ve seen in the superhero/scifi genre in some time, the new international trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy takes a more serious turn, and also gives us a bit of background on Star-Lord, played by Chris Pratt. More Star-Lord, more Gamora, more Rocket Raccoon, more Groot, and yes, more Ronan the Accuser, this is going to be must see this summer. Directed and co-written by James Gunn, Guardians of the Galaxy stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Glenn Close, John C. Reilly, Karen Gillan, Benicio Del Toro, Michael Rooker, and the voices of Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, and Josh Brolin. Based on the Marvel Comics characters, the movie opens August 1st.
