Even if you aren’t a fan of director Luc Besson’s films (The Fifth Element, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets), it can be subjectively said that he has a wild, maximalist visual style. Now, Besson brings his expansive vision to the classic tale of Dracula. Already a big hit in France and Russia, Besson’s Dracula seems to lean heavily into Catholicism, bloodshed, and cool wardrobes. Sounds like a Friday night to me. Take a look at the trailer for Dracula because you need to hear Caleb Landry Jones speak in a semi-Slavic accent. Doesn’t everyone?
Luc Besson’s Dracula hits theaters on February 6, 2026 from Vertical Pictures.
