Lime Cordiale – Say hello to your new favorite band. Australian pop-rockers Lime Cordiale have been steadily amassing a global fan base with their infectious hooks, tongue-in-cheek lyrics and big shiny melodies. The band recently dropped their latest single “Imposter Syndrome” before hitting the road for a North American tour. What’s the song all about? The band states: “‘Imposter Syndrome’ is something we deal with more and more each year. Even when we realise it’s something we’re struggling with, it’s hard to shake. The more attention we get, the more we feel like phonies. I think it’s pretty common for Australians as it often comes hand-in-hand with Tall Poppy Syndrome, a big part of Australian culture. Australians love to cut each other down. Sometimes we wish we lived like the Americans…Lime Cordiale for next President! Anyway, we’re glad there’s a term for this feeling. If we can sing it loud it makes it all a bit easier.” Lime Cordiale are currently wrapping up their North American tour with just a handful of dates left in California before taking things over to the UK & Europe.

Doechii – Fresh off of wowing listeners with “What It Is (Block Boy)”, Doechii is back with her new track “Universal Swamp Anthem.” Released in partnership with Google Pixel via Sony, the song is part of Google Pixel’s Hip Hop 50th Anniversary initiative. If the song title didn’t give it away, Doechii flipped UGK’s classic “International Players Anthem.” The buzzworthy Tampa rapper and self-proclaimed ‘Swamp Princess’ spits over the track’s highly regarded instrumental. You’ll be hearing a lot more from Doechii soon as she’s preparing her next single and will be hitting the road on Doja Cat’s Scarlet Tour this fall.

FELICITY – Orlando trash-rock band FELICITY is going “GOD MODE” on their new single with Canadian pop-punkers Calling All Captains. The upbeat adrenaline rush of a track channels the feeling of overcoming obstacles and battling a final boss, basically going ‘god mode’ in a gaming sense. No strangers to each other, the chemistry between the tour mates is evident. How does the band want “GOD MODE” to make listeners feel? According to FELICITY frontman Damien Fagiolino: “This song will most definitely get you back in the pit and give the heavy fans of FELICITY what they have been waiting for all along.”

That Mexican OT – Houston rapper That Mexican OT is taking the internet by storm. A TikTok video of the MC spitting bars and displaying his knack for wordplay all while holding a chicken went viral and quickly spread to other social media platforms. That Mexican OT is out now with his new concept album Lonestar Luchador. Steeped in his cultural heritage, the project draws parallels between Lucha libre (Mexican wrestling) and navigating the rap game all while showcasing the MC’s ability to alternate between smooth ear-catching melodies and witty rapid-fire raps. The clear standout track and the one that’s landed That Mexican OT his first placing on the Billboard Hot 100 (#97) is “Johnny Dang” featuring Drodi and Paul Wall.

Billy Idol – Come on, come on! Veteran rocker Billy Idol just released a special deluxe reissue of his 1982 self-titled debut album via Capitol/UMe/Universal Music Canada. In addition to the original ten tracks, the reissue also contains Idol’s August 12, 1982 concert at The Roxy and the previously unreleased Clubland extended remix of “White Wedding.” The classic new wave album got a Dolby Atmos®️ upgrade thanks to engineer Paul Hicks. Billy Idol has been going strong for nearly 50 years if you include his time with the band Generation X, and he isn’t slowing down anytime soon. You can catch Idol out on the road this summer and fall with a select run of headlining dates.
