SUMMARY:

In December of 2014, it was announced that Margot Robbie would be playing ‘Harley Quinn’ in the upcoming movie Suicide Squad, thus cementing her place in pop culture as potentially the biggest female star in a comic book-driven movie ever (my apologies to Michelle Pfeiffer, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lawrence). Robbie had already been getting some great buzz with her roles as Leonardo DiCaprio’s wife in The Wolf of Wall Street, her co-starring with Will Smith in his attempted ‘comeback’ film Focus, and her landing the role as Jane Porter in the upcoming Tarzan (2016). Now, she’s becoming a household name (especially any household that has a comic book lover). If you haven’t seen any of her movies yet, make sure to check out the upcoming Z for Zachariah, which so far, has mostly positive reviews.
