Usually every Friday at this time Biff Bam Pop! presents the newest episode of The GAR! Podcast, the Glenn Walker and Ray Cornwall weekly podcast where they talk unrehearsed about whatever happens to come to mind, an audio-zine for your mind, a nerd exploration of a nerd world. This week however, GAR! is on a short hiatus for the holidays, but will be back next week. In its place we’re featuring three “Breaking Bad” themed episodes that you might have missed before GAR! came to Biff Bam Pop!. Stay tuned for a blast from the past of The GAR! Podcast, after the jump.
If you’re a regular listener to The GAR! Podcast, you know that we’re huge fans of “Breaking Bad,” and many an episode of the Podcast was spent talking about the show, the characters, the writing, and speculation on what would happen next. In Episode 24, that was released the week before the “Breaking Bad” series finale, we break it all down. Everything “Breaking Bad” you could imagine, along with just a little of “The Newsroom,” “Sons of Anarchy,” and “Dexter” just for good measure. Check it all out here.
A week later in Episode 25, where you might think we’d be talking about the series finale of “Breaking Bad,” we don’t. We do talk about the end of “Dexter,” Bendis’ All-New X-Men, “Agents of SHIELD,” Infinity, wrestling, and vacations. You can hear that one here.
We finally catch up to the “Breaking Bad” series finale in Episode 26. We take on the ins and outs of what happened, theories on what happens next, and other weirdness of the final episode. That discussion spins off into other topics as always, as we cover long distance relationships, Peter Milligan’s Shade the Changing Man, Goldberg, and epic wrestling deaths in the ring. All just another day for The GAR! Podcast. You can hear Episode 26 here.
The GAR! Podcast will be back next week with a new episode. We’re also available on iTunes and Stitcher. You can check out complete show notes and episodes onsite here. We’d love to hear your thoughts and comments, either below or on the GAR! Podcast website, so please let us know what’s on your mind! Until next time, GAR!
