Biff Bam Pop! presents The GAR! Podcast, the Glenn Walker and Ray Cornwall weekly podcast where they talk unrehearsed about whatever happens to come to mind. It’s a nerd exploration of a nerd world.
I’ve told you all about the Camden Comic Con, and you heard the first and second episodes recorded live there. This week’s episode, the final part of GAR’s coverage, also recorded live at the Con, can be found right here, with more details is after the jump.
This week’s episode, the last of three recorded at the Camden Comic Con, features interviews with Ryan Brady and Hoon Nguyen of Camden’s Comics, artist and illustrator Michael Pagdon, and Robert Repici – Camden Comic Con panelist, film instructor, comics historian, screenwriter, and friend.
The discussion with Robert was pretty intense, talking about the various ages of comics, the origins of the comic book industry, superheroes on television, including “Arrow,” “Smallville,” and “Birds of Prey, and comics-based videogames. Robert is the man.
Check it out here, also available on iTunes. And you can hear the first part here and the second part here. We’d love to hear your thoughts and comments, so let us know! Welcome to the Camden Comic Con one more time, and please check out Episode 51 of The GAR! Podcast!
