I’ve been waiting to watch Resurrection, the new ABC series based on Jason Mott’s novel The Returned. The dead are returning and no one knows why or how. Dinner snakes and boob planters and you have yourself a home away from home… or not. Beth is a survivor. She knows it, and now, so does Daryl. Our apocalypse stud muffin opened up on last week’s episode and we learned his secret. Joan Osborne says it best, “Just a slob like one of us… just a stranger on a bus… trying to make his way home.” And that, my little zombie snacks, is why we love Daryl so much. But, I’m worried about the other members of the team. What’s worse than fighting zombies? Find out after the jump.
For so many horror flicks, there’s often the question, “why do bad things happen to good people?” That’s what I was thinking while watching In Fear, from writer/director Jeremy Lovering. Check out the trailer and then read on for my review of this solid film.
