How I Met Your Mother (8pm): With a rash of relationships on rocky ground, Ted and Victoria find themselves at a romantic crossroads, while Robin thinks Barney’s screwy when he decides to employ a dog as his wingman.
Gossip Girl (9pm): Chuck finds himself attending an unexpected gathering as he tries to uncover the truth about Bart. Elsewhere, Serena and Steven disclose their dating histories to one another; and Georgina pressures Dan to go out with someone who will improve his image.
Revolution (10pm): Miles leads the group to an acquaintance who can help the injured Nora, but the journey takes them into unfriendly territory; Aaron recalls his life prior to and after the blackout; Neville delivers Danny to Monroe.
Hawaii Five-0 (10pm): A grisly murder leads Five-0 to discover a ritualistic killing on Halloween, and the evidence suggests that the murderer will soon strike again.
Castle (10pm): Castle becomes the prime suspect in a ritualistic killing, and Beckett’s loyalty toward him wavers in the face of mounting evidence.
Tuesday October 30th
NCIS (8pm): A petty officer is gunned down in a billionaire’s car, and the investigation links the crime to a man Gibbs was named after.
Hart of Dixie (8pm): Zoe fears that George is sleepwalking, so she rearranges her schedule to do a sleep study on him and backs out of her plans with Wade. Elsewhere, the mayoral race between Lavon and Ruby tightens, inspiring AnnaBeth to devise an unconventional scheme.
Ben & Kate (8:30pm): BJ helps Kate find a costume to wear to an attractive neighbor’s Halloween party. Meanwhile, Ben and Tommy stay home and hand out candy in hopes of meeting women, but the evening goes in an unexpected direction when Tommy accidentally eats some of BJ’s “special” candy from Amsterdam.
New Girl (9pm): Jess gets hired as a zombie at a haunted house. Meanwhile, romantic complications abound when Schmidt and Cece’s Halloween costumes match—but Winston and Shelby’s don’t; Jess tries to sort out her changing feelings toward Sam; and Nick gets a visit from an old college flame.
Happy Endings (9pm): Dave and Alex’s inability to commit to a new apartment proves to be quite a challenge for their real-estate agent, while Jane pulls out all the stops when she takes Penny car shopping. Later, Max shows out-of-work Brad how easy it is to spend a cashless Saturday in Chicago.
Emily Owens M.D. (9pm): Emily talks about safe sex to some girls at a local high school; and she tries to forget about her feelings for Will.
The Mindy Project (9:30pm): Mindy frantically searches for the right Halloween costume to impress Josh when he invites her to a party in “Halloween.”
Don’t Trust The B—- In Apt 23 (9:30pm): June tries to stop Chloe from playing elaborate tricks on Halloween. Meanwhile, James throws a “positivity” party to combat his fear of Halloween.
Go On (10pm): Ryan becomes a big-brother figure for Owen. Meanwhile, Yolanda believes she can graduate from the group.
Private Practice (10pm): Sam stars in a reality show and assists his mother when her boss becomes sick. Meanwhile, the search continues for a girl who disappeared from the hospital.
Vegas (10pm): When the son of a gaming-commission member is kidnapped, Sheriff Lamb suspects Savino, who has been angling for a special gambling license for the casino. Meanwhile, Savino’s wife arrives in Las Vegas to support her husband, who has promised that the family will be safe there, but the arrival of a Milwaukee hit man jeopardizes things.
Sons of Anarchy (10pm): Alliances are pushed to the breaking point in “Ablation.”
The New Normal (10:30pm): Bryan basks in the Halloween spirit by decorating the house, going to a pumpkin patch to spot celebrities and ruling over everyone’s costumes. David finally rebels when Bryan insists on having a Honey Boo Boo theme.
Wednesday October 31st
Arrow (8pm): Arrow asks Laurel to help him prove that an innocent man is being framed for murder. Meanwhile, Walter investigates a $2.6 million withdrawal that Moira made without his knowledge.
Supernatural (9pm): Benny is beat up by vampires and calls Dean for help. Meanwhile, Sam reflects on the life he left behind with Amelia.
Criminal Minds (9pm): The unit investigates when four men go missing in rural Oregon and tries to determine what the common link is between them. Meanwhile, J.J. gets upset when her son doesn’t want to celebrate Halloween.
Law & Order: SVU (9pm): A girl vanishes after following her big sister to a college party, and her abductor covers his tracks online by using his impressive computer skills. Meanwhile, Rollins gets sidetracked from the case by an unexpected visit from her own sister.
Modern Family (9pm): At a Pritchett family yard sale held by Jay and Gloria to help a fund-raiser at Luke and Manny’s school, Phil can’t decide what to buy or sell, and Mitchell and Cameron assess Alex’s new male friend, but Gloria would rather the contents of an old trunk not be revealed.
Suburgatory (9:30pm): Lisa helps Ryan pursue Tessa after she feels guilty for not telling him that he was adopted, but Ryan mistakes her generosity for pity that he’s seriously ill. Meanwhile, Dallas invites her life coach on her first date with George; and Tessa babysits Opus when Noah and Carmen go to the opera.
Nashville (10pm): Rayna’s marriage faces a challenge when a woman from Teddy’s past surfaces. Meanwhile, Juliette works on improving her public persona; Gunnar bonds with his publisher’s assistant; and Teddy decides to run an ethical campaign.
Chicago Fire (10pm): Chief Boden is plagued by bad press and low morale in the department after being accused of leaving a homeless man to die in a warehouse blaze. Meanwhile, Severide helps an elderly woman; Det. Voight continues to intimidate Casey; Shay runs into her ex-girlfriend during a call; and Hermann gets angry during a Halloween rescue.
CSI (10pm): A police dog is blamed for a cop’s death, but the CSIs discover there is more to the case. Meanwhile, Finlay and Morgan investigate the murder of a high-profile divorce lawyer.

Thursday November 1st
The 26th Annual CMA Awards (8pm): Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley are set to host the Nashville-set show, and Kenny Chesney, Kelly Clarkson, and the Band Perry will perform.
Big Bang Theory (8pm): A disagreement over a game of Words With Friends endangers Sheldon’s relationship with his science idol Stephen Hawking, while Penny secretly takes a course at a local college.
30 Rock (8pm): Jenna could decide the presidential election, so political rivals Liz and Jack square off in a debate to win her vote. Meanwhile, Tracy teaches Kenneth about voting, and Pete attempts to recapture the magic of the 2008 election.
The Vampire Diaries (8pm): Elena and Damon attend a fraternity costume party, and he gives her a lesson in choosing a victim. Meanwhile, Rebekah tries to buy Matt’s forgiveness; and Klaus reveals a 12th-century encounter with a powerful group of vampire hunters.
Up All Night (8:30pm): Reagan, Chris and Scott go to a mountain cabin with their neighbors. Elsewhere, Reagan is in for a surprise when she finds out Ava has new friends.

Elementary (10pm): Holmes conducts research in a hospital morgue and concludes that someone is killing weak and terminally-ill patients. He also learns more about why Joan walked away from her surgical career.

Nikita (9pm): Nikita, Michael and Sean try to stop a terrorist attack. Meanwhile, an undercover agent is arrested, which leads Nikita to question why Division is continuing to run Percy’s old missions.
Grimm (9pm): A gruesome murder may be linked to another Grimm; Capt. Renard comforts Juliette, who is still working through her dilemma with Nick.
Fringe (9pm): A member of the Fringe team makes a surprising move as they respond to catastrophic occurrences.

Once Upon A Time (8pm): Emma embarks on a dangerous adventure with Captain Hook as they climb up a beanstalk to snatch a magical compass from a deadly giant. Meanwhile, details from Emma’s dark past come to light when she runs into a fellow thief.
Revenge (9pm): Victoria and Conrad test the strength of their complicated bond. Elsewhere, Emily and Amanda have difficulty suppressing details of their backgrounds as Mason probes into the past.

666 Park Avenue (10pm): The aftermath of the Dorans’ Halloween party leaves everyone with an emotional and psychological hangover, and Jane pieces together how she is connected to the history of the building in “Diabolic.”
Treme (10pm): As the city prepares for Mardi Gras in 2008, Toni tracks down a judge at a restaurant to let him know about a big case that’s coming up. Meanwhile, Janette gets advice from Emeril Lagasse and appears on the “Today” show with Al Roker; Sonny tries to stay sober; and Nelson makes contacts in Washington, D.C., where Annie plays a Mardi Gras gig with the Neville Brothers.
Homeland (10pm): Dana’s visit to the hospital proves shocking; Faber’s interest in Tom Walker piques the CIA’s interest; Brody agrees to team with Carrie and Quinn to prevent an attack on the U.S., but his loyalty is called to the fore when Gettysburg once again becomes a focal point of a pivotal engagement.
