NCIS (8pm): The team investigates a helicopter crash at sea and tries to find the missing pilot. Meanwhile, Ziva challenges Tony and McGee to a dare.
Hart of Dixie (8pm): Zoe spots Wade with another woman and gets jealous, so she tries to make him feel the same way. Elsewhere, Lavon accepts Lemon’s help with his campaign, which leads to his involvement in a scandal; and Lemon’s family scheme to get her to move back home.
Pretty Little Liars (8pm): The Rosewood Halloween Ghost Train is the perfect setting for all of “A’s” tricks and treats in this year’s Pretty Little Liars Halloween special
Ben & Kate (8:30pm): Kate wants Ben to be more prepared for emergencies, but he argues that he can’t plan for everything. Meanwhile, Ben’s ex-girlfriend visits; and BJ falls for her boss.

Happy Endings (9pm): SEASON PREMIERE! In the Season 3 premiere, the on-again, off-again relationship between Alex and Dave is on-again, while an accident puts Penny in a full body cast and turns Max into her angel of mercy, until he gets an eyeful of her hunky physical therapist. Later, out-of-work Brad tries to keep a secret from Jane.
Don’t Trust The B—- In Apt 23 (9:30pm): SEASON PREMIERE! The second season begins with James trying to organize a “Dawson’s Creek” reunion, but he makes some shocking discoveries and encounters some stars from TV’s past, including Busy Philipps, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Frankie Muniz.
The New Normal (9:30pm): David and Bryan conclude their baby needs godparents. Elsewhere, Bryan tries to connect with his Catholic roots by visiting a church, where he receives unexpected advice.
Emily Owens M.D. (9pm): Emily learns that the nurses don’t like her when she is assigned a difficult case as revenge. Later, Emily reveals her feelings to Will, and considers using a secret she knows about the chief to get a speedy approval on a procedure.
Private Practice (10pm): Sheldon jumps to conclusions when a child disappears from the ER. Meanwhile, Addison and Jake don’t see eye to eye regarding one of his patients; Stephanie inquires about Sam’s history with Addison; and a new doctor begins work at Saint Ambrose.
Parenthood (10pm): Kristina prepares for surgery and finds out that Max has a class speech scheduled for the same day; Drew isn’t pleased that he and Sarah are moving in with Mark; Joel worries about Julia’s health; and Ryan asks Amber out.

Arrow (8pm): Assassin Deadshot kills one of Oliver’s targets and then sets his sights on gunning down Walter. To stop him, Oliver enlists the help of Det. Lance, but his plan leads to dire consequences. Meanwhile, Laurel and Tommy get caught in an awkward situation.
Supernatural (9pm): Sam and Dean investigate a bizarre murder in a college town. Their probe leads them to an apartment where they find two dead bodies and a computer with some disturbing footage that indicates the deaths may be the result of an unusual animal attack.
Criminal Minds (9pm): A legless body is found in the New Mexico desert and a second unwilling amputee shows up at a hospital. The team conducts a search to find the amateur surgeon before he can remove a limb from another unsuspecting victim. Meanwhile, Reid makes secret phone calls to a mystery woman.
Law & Order: SVU (9pm): A young boy’s abduction reminds the squad of a similar case from 13 years ago, which was never solved. As the detectives race to locate the boy, Benson resolves to make amends for past errors.
Modern Family (9pm): When the Dunphys’ neighbors find Claire’s annual Halloween extravaganza inappropriate, Phil suggests having an open house for the holiday. Meanwhile, Mitchell and Cameron host a costume party, but must also field questions from Lily about her birth mom; and Gloria’s pregnancy intensifies her emotions.
Suburgatory (9:30pm): Tessa persuades Dalia, Kimantha, Kaitlyn and Kenzie to wear feminist-inspired Halloween costumes, an idea which catches the interest of a notorious local witch named Paula. Meanwhile, George and Noah dress up as each other; and Dallas wants George to be part of her “Barbie and Ken” Halloween.
Nashville (10pm): Rayna focuses on her family and discovers the depth of the financial problems she and Teddy face. Elsewhere, Juliette’s mom comes back into her life; Juliette tempts Deacon with a contract offer; and Scarlett and Gunnar’s shot at stardom is jeopardized.
Chicago Fire (10pm): Casey faces pressure to cover for a cop’s son, who was responsible for a drunken-driving accident that left a teenager paralyzed. Meanwhile, Severide ignores his doctor’s warnings that his neck injury may never heal if he doesn’t seek treatment; and Mills must choose between working at the fire department full-time or helping his mom with her restaurant.
CSI (10pm): A famous music historian is murdered and her body is left in a piano. The death hits Sanders hard because he shared a past with the victim.

Mockingbird Lane (8pm): A revamping of the 1964-66 TV series “The Munsters” tracks the lives of a ghoulish family. Here, young Eddie discovers he grows hair all over his body during a full moon, and funeral director Herman Munster suffers from a heart condition.
Nikita (9pm): Nikita tries to rescue a brainwashed girl before she can detonate a bomb aimed at a high-level target.
Grimm (9pm): Nick and Hank team with an Albuquerque detective to solve a recent rash of child abductions, and Nick starts to notice correlations between the case and a Hispanic legend that has links to his own family history. Elsewhere, Monroe decides to teach some neighborhood bullies a lesson.
Fringe (9pm): The Fringe team wonder if a recently resurfaced Broyles can be trusted when they find themselves in hostile territory.

Once Upon A Time (8pm): While Regina continues to try and stop using her magic in an attempt to win back Henry’s affections, she begins seeing what she believes is a ghost from her past.
Revenge (9pm): Emily and Victoria face people from their pasts, and one encounter leaves Victoria unnerved. Meanwhile, Jack takes on increasing responsibilities; and Padma’s actions could result in significant consequences for Nolan’s company.

Homeland (10pm): Brody finds himself imprisoned again, only this time it’s in the United States. Meanwhile, Carrie’s rash judgment call at the hotel results in Estes trying to keep Jessica off their trail; and Dana’s relationship with Finn heats up as their date night takes an unexpected turn.
Treme (10pm): Encouraged by Aunt Mimi to find a big name for his opera project, Davis finds a way to pitch his idea to Fats Domino. Meanwhile, Toni and L.P. finally make some progress in their respective cases on a visit to a forensic pathologist in Virginia; Cornell tries to talk sense into Sonny before he spirals out of control; Janette is exposed to the corporate side of the restaurant business; and Antoine goes to bat for a promising musician with a learning disability.
