It was a definite upset at the box office this weekend, as a Hollywood golden boy was taken down hard by a raucous comedy. Here’s what went down:

Chris Pine won’t be bragging about Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, which could only deliver $17 million for its opening weekend, placing it in fourth place behind the animated The Nut Jub, which grabbed third with $20 million. Im guessing the next Star Trek flick can’t come quick enough for Pine.
As for the rest of the top five, Lone Survivor dropped to second place this weekend with $23 million, while Frozen closed things out in fifth with $11.9 million.
