‘Coco’ to remain #1 in a slow weekend

A short box office prediction instalment this week, as there are no major new releases hitting theatres.

Instead, look for Coco to hold on to the top spot for a second weekend in a row with $28 million. Wonder will be in second place with $15 million, while the failing Justice League will be in third place with $15 million. Thor: Ragnarok will hit fourth with $8 million, while Murder on the Orient Express will close things out in fifth with $6.5 million.

So, to recap, here are our predictions:

1) Coco – $28 million
2) Wonder – $15 million
3) Justice League – $15 million
4) Thor: Ragnarok – $8 million
5) Murder on the Orient Express – $6.5 million
