It’s May the 4th, which means any self-respecting geek is celebrating Star Wars in some way, shape or form.
This year, as like so many in the past, my Princess and I will be perusing the latest Star Wars hardcover book that our friends from DK sent my way – Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary.
What can be found in here? Well, pretty much everything you’d want to know about the galaxy far, far, away.

The world of Star Wars is vast, and potentially intimidating, but with Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia, authors Tricia Barr, Adam Bray and Cole Horton have put together a visually appealing method of navigating through any potential asteroid fields. All the films up to and including Rogue One are represented, along with canon television shows The Clone Wars and Rebels.
So this May the 4th, the force will be with me and my Princess, as we flip through another Star Wars book for our ever-expanding library.
That would only work if they update it every time a new film comes out. … kind of like the old ‘year book’ that Encyclopedia Britannica would send every year. 🙂
