Biff Bam Pop! presents The GAR! Podcast, the Glenn Walker and Ray Cornwall weekly podcast where they talk unrehearsed about whatever happens to come to mind. It’s an audio-zine for your mind, a nerd exploration of a nerd world. This week’s episode, recorded live at the Camden Comic Con can be found right here, and features a very special interview with award-winning comic book writer Bryan J.L. Glass, more details after the jump.

In Episode 94, the second of four recorded live at the Camden Comic Con, we feature a very special interview with Bryan J.L. Glass, the co-creator of Mice Templar and Furious, among others. Together we discuss the Camden Comic Con, the origins and upcoming ending of Mice Templar, and Furious and what comic book editors really do. Bryan delves into the craft of writing, talking about the philosophies of Robert McKee, Joseph Campbell, and Christopher Nolan; he talks about passion, worldbuilding, finding the right ending; and also about other folks in the business like artist Victor Santos and writer Charles Soule. The interview closes out with, believe it or not, an in depth discussion of Sid and Marty Krofft’s “Electra Woman and Dyna Girl.” Bryan absolutely rocks, and we were pleased to have him as our guest again.

This episode also features Allison Eckel, Jennifer Walker, and Frank Castle, and you can hear it right here.
